I finally got two quilts finished! Woo Hoo! Life gets in the way of my quilting sometimes!
This quilt is called "Survivors" and the pattern will be website soon www.geoffsmompatterns.com I am surviving right now.. things here have been stressful "they" (who ever they is) say things come in threes and I believe it.. my dog got diabetes, my mom got cancer and I lost my job after almost 10 years.. thank god I am surviving it all! One door closes another opens.. I am a firm believer!
This is my newest baby quilt pattern. I am calling it "The Kid". Geoff's friends are having their first baby and that is what they are nick naming him right now.. he hasn't been born yet but I think he was due yesterday... so any day now.

I have had such a horrible work shift the last 6 months working 2am to 1030am that it is nice to be back to sleeping and having "normal" hours. So forgive me for not blogging much but know I am thinking about it.
