Hi friends! Well. I have been getting a few things done around here. Finally! I wanted to show you a new pattern we are currently writing. Life here has been so busy and it has caught up with me. I now have Shingles. Yuck! I am telling you all so you will go get your vaccine! Stress isn't good! Norma diagnosed me and took me straight to the doctor. It is so nice to have a quilting partner who is a RN. I hadn't been feeling too well and my left side was killing me. Then I started getting "hives" so I thought. Well I am down now for a few weeks so I am appliqueing on a new project between my naps. Hope all is will with you friends. Take care and get a vaccine! Hugs. Joyce

OMG....I broke down and agreed to a shingles vaccine a few months ago. Both my sisters had shingles ...one in her early 30's shortly after she had her second child and the other in her late 40's after her chemo and radiation treatments for breast cancer. Most people I've know to get the shingles have been 55 years and younger...only 2 were over 60. I love the new pattern...it's on my wish list.
