Welcome Quilting Friends. Blog Hop GIVEAWAYS

Why is it when I have something that needs a nice picture it becomes a fuzzy mess? Does this ever happen to you?

I am so excited to have you join me for the 100 Blocks Blog Hop.  My quilt block is called "Summer Picnic".  Here are 4 blocks together with a sashing.  See the finished border with applique by following my blog. After the quilt is complete and the border pattern is finished there will be another giveaway of a free pattern!

I enjoyed every step of making this block. Page 75 in Volume 9 of Quiltmaker's 100 Blocks from todays Top Designers. The magazine is having a giveaway for a copy of this wonderful magazine. Please leave a comment and I will pull your name next week for a free copy.

Below is a picture of beautiful San Francisco.  What a great day to play with some wonderful quilting friends!

I am in such a good mood today that it is time for a $30 gift certificate for patterns from my website.   Thanks for stopping by.  Enjoy the hop and make sure to visit all the other designers blogs.
